The internet is a very effective way to get things done as such it would be a very effective way to reach persons with regards to political campaign. One must bear in mind though that it cannot be the sole means of campaigning as Jamaica stiil has a long way to go with regards to the percentage of the voting public that really utilizes the internet. Political Parties can take advantage of the internet to appeal to a new kind of voter but this will do so much and no more according to its limited capacity.
