The Honourable Dr. Kenneth Baugh is a Medical Doctor and Consultant Surgeon by profession.
He was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade on September 10, 2007.
Minister Baugh was born in Montego Bay St. James, the fourth of ten children. He was educated at the Royal College of Surgeons, the University of the West Indies, Cornwall College, and Springfield Elementary School.
The Honourable Dr. Kenneth Baugh is married to Vilma and they have two sons, a daughter and eight grandchildren.
