Minority Leader in the St James Parish Council Charles Sinclair says the Mayor has shamed the Parish Council and damaged the dignity of the Mayor’s Office.
Councillor Sinclair was responding to a video posted on YouTube which saw the Mayor in a curse-filled tirade against a female vendor. According to Sinclair: “I was shocked that the Mayor of Montego Bay, Jamaica’s second City, could behave in this way to any citizen. This is totally unacceptable and shows again that the Mayor is not fit to sit in the Mayor's Parlour.”
